You can edit the Trip Details for a Trip by clicking the Edit Trip button on the top right of the Manage Trip page. Here you can change details such as the Trip Name, Location and Trip Dates.
Trip Cover Image

The Trip Cover image is the background image that will be displayed in the SafeTravels app for the trip, and offers the chance for you to personalise the trip. By default, the Trip Cover image will be selected from our Image archive matching the Trip Location. However you can also add your own cover image/s. Learn how to Add your own cover image/s |
Trip Admin and Guides
In the Trip Details you can also assign the Trip Admin and Trip Manager.
Trip Admin (Mandatory): This is the staff user of your company who is responsible for the trip. They will be able to view and edit trip information and can communicate directly with the customers on the trip.
Trip Guide (Optional): You have the option of assigning a Trip Guide to a trip. This is useful for managed tours and activities where you have a staff member on the ground running the trip. The Trip Guide can access the trip information in the SafeTravels app and communicate with customers.
