You can have a direct conversation with an Individual Trip Member through the Web Dashboard. The Trip Member will receive a Push Notification alert and be able to view the message conversation history in the SafeTravels mobile app. Note: Trip Members must be Active Trip Members to communicate with them.
To message an Individual Trip Member by:
- Select the Active Trip Member from the Trip Member list.
- Compose message and click Send
- You will then see the message in the Recent Messages section of the Active Trip Member.
- When the Trip Member replies, the message will display in the Recent Messages section.
