For Group News messages, you can also schedule when the message will send to the customer. This is similar to our Personalised Alerts and Reminders but will only take effect for the Trip the message is scheduled for.
To schedule a message:
- Open the Group News and Updates
- Select Advanced Messages
- Compose the Message
- Click the Send Later button
- Select the time period you wish to send before an Activity in the Trip
- Click Schedule.
- You can view the Scheduled Messages for the Trip in the Scheduled Messages tab.
